Are you sleepy?
So as far back as 6th grade middle school I remember having problems sleeping. I had nights where I would fall asleep at 4:30am and wake up at 5:30-6:00am to get ready for school. This habit never went away. After high school when I stayed at friends houses to party all night I was always the last to pass out and the first to get up the next morning.
